Le M1 MAX 16 pouces s'éteint et redémarre de temps en temps

L'ordinateur que j'ai reçu il y a quelques jours a une mémoire de 64 Go, et le logiciel et les plug-ins sont installés normalement, mais j'ai constaté qu'après avoir choisi de démarrer l'économiseur d'écran et de partir, il y aura un risque de plantage et d'arrêt et de redémarrage automatiques , puis mon ordinateur sera invité à redémarrer en raison d'un problème, le service client Apple ne peut pas m'aider à trouver ce qui ne va pas et je ne comprends pas le rapport de problème.
